About me

My name is Froso and I was born and raised

on the beautiful Mediterranean island

of Cyprus. Music has always been the

language of my soul and for more than 15

years I shared that passion as a music

teacher, specializing in guitar and piano.

My path into healing began during one of

the most challenging periods of my life.

After the end of a long-term relationship, I

found myself at rock bottom. What initially

felt like an ending, became the beginning of

a profound journey of healing, self-

discovery and personal transformation.

Through deep inner work, I gradually rebuilt

my relationship with myself and uncovered

the strength, resilience and wisdom that

exist within us all.

   During this time, I was attuned to Reiki

Usui Shiki Ryoho Level 2 and the 

3rd & 4th Degrees of Angelic Reiki, which

became meaningful milestones on 

my journey. These experiences, along

with the deepening of my intuition and

channeling abilities, helped me cultivate a

greater sense of trust, connection and inner

peace, enriching both my personal healing

and my ability to hold space for others.

Today, I am a Spiritual Consultant,

graduate of The Cosmoenergy Healing

Centre and Professional Relationship Coach,

graduate of Global Academy of Coaching,

dedicated to guiding, supporting and

empowering individuals on their own

healing journeys.

Through Akashic, Shamanic and Energy

Healing practices, I help clients reconnect

with their authentic selves, uncover and

release the root causes of emotional,

spiritual and energetic blockages and gain

deeper insight into their life path and soul's

journey.

Through relationship coaching, I support

individuals in cultivating self-love,

developing healthier relationship patterns

and deepening their self-awareness. By

strengthening the relationship they have

with themselves, they become more aligned

with the love they desire and better able to

attract meaningful, compatible and fulfilling

partnerships.

My soul's mission is to help people find

clarity, inner peace and alignment with their

true purpose by creating a safe,

compassionate space for healing, self-

discovery and transformation. I believe that

the answers we seek already exist within us.

Sometimes, all we need is the right support,

guidance and space to hear them.
